    Always was a different kind of car with some quirky attractiveness. Reliability however was horrible and probably still is.

      True but at that age most cars become pretty unreliable. I figure with “classic” cars you expect to work on it a lot, so pick a project based strictly on what your heart wants and not the brain

  3. Awesome photo there, have seen it on a few different sites and always makes me want to just go out and drive my Saabs!

    I own one just like the one in this photo, a 900i, non turbo, in white. The car is dead reliable and runs great every day. 1987 no rust! My third Saab, and they’ve all been great. No major issues.

    Last year I drove a 1995 900 SE Turbo from Alaska to Alabama. The Saab was reliable, great on gas, fast, comfortable and faaaaast!

    Let the haters hate, Saabers know best.
